Mr. Ian Telfer, CANon-executive Chairman Mr. Telfer has over 20 years experience in the mining industry and was the former Non-executive Chairman of UrAsia Energy Ltd. He is currently the Chairman of Goldcorp Inc., one of the world's largest gold mining companies (and was the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Goldcorp). Mr. Telfer was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wheaton River Minerals from 2002 until its merger with Goldcorp in 2005. He was also a founding director of TVX Gold, where he served as its President and Chief Executive Officer for ten years. Mr. Telfer has also held positions as a Director of Lihir Gold and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Vengold. |

Mr. Vadim JivovPresident Mr. Vadim Jivov was appointed President of Uranium One in December 2010. He also serves as the Chairman of ARMZ Uranium Holding Co., which is a part of Rosatom, the Russian State Corporation controlling the Russian Federation's nuclear activities. Mr. Jivov previously held executive positions with TENEX, Gazprom Media and Capitel Corporation and is a graduate of the Moscow Power Institute, College of Physics Engineers. |

Mr. Chris SattlerChief Executive Officer Mr. Sattler was appointed Chief Executive Officer and director of Uranium One in February 2011. Mr. Sattler joined Uranium One in 2006 and from March 2009 to January 2011 served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations. Prior to joining Uranium One, he worked as an investment banker for a major Canadian investment dealer. Mr. Sattler holds a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen's University and an MBA from London Business School. |

Mr Andrew AdamsNon-executive Director Mr. Adams is a member of the United Kingdom’s Institute of Chartered Accountants having held senior management positions with the Anglo American group of companies and, most recently, with Aber Diamond Corporation as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Adams currently serves as a non-executive director First Quantum Minerals. |

Mr Peter BowieNon-executive Director Mr. Bowie served as the Chief Executive of Deloitte China from 2003 to 2008. He was senior partner and a member of the board and the management committee of Deloitte China until his retirement from the firm in 2010. Previously, Mr. Bowie was Chairman of Deloitte Canada, a member of the firm's management committee and a member of the board and governance committees of Deloitte International. He is a member of the board of the Asian Corporate Governance Association and has served on a variety of boards in the private and NGO sectors. |

Mr. Jean NortierNon-executive Director Mr. Nortier was the Chief Executive Officer of Uranium One from February 2008 to January 2011 and has been a director of Uranium One since August 2008. Prior thereto he served as Uranium One's Chief Financial Officer as well as Executive Vice President, Business Development. Mr. Nortier is the former Chairman of Aflease Gold Ltd. and has also served as Group Financial Executive for TBB Holdings Group, and as CEO of the Sovereign Group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Stellenbosch University in South Africa and is an accredited Chartered Accountant. |

Mr. Phillip ShirvingtonNon-executive Director Mr. Shirvington was the President and Chief Executive Officer of UrAsia Energy Ltd. prior to its merger with Uranium One in April 2007. He has over 40 years experience in the nuclear / uranium business including six years as Managing Director of Energy Resources of Australia Ltd. (ERA). Phillip oversaw the expansion of ERA through construction and start-up of the Ranger-3 mine and the doubling of capacity at the mill and processing plant. |

Mr. Ken WilliamsonNon-executive Director Mr. Williamson is a registered professional engineer. Mr. Williamson has over 25 years experience as an investment banker in various management and executive positions within Merrill Lynch Canada and predecessor companies. He is currently a non-executive director of QuadraFNX Mining Ltd. |

Mr. Ilya YampolskiyNon-executive Director Ilya Yampolskiy is Executive Vice President, Corporate Development. He also serves as Managing Director of the ARMZ Toronto office. Prior to joining Uranium One Mr. Yampolskiy was Deputy Director General of ARMZ in Moscow, responsible for the Legal Department and the Corporate Governance and Development Group; prior to 2007, Mr. Yampolskiy served as the Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance and Legal Matters at OJSC Technsnabexport, an affiliate of ARMZ. |
