Konstantin Tulupov has 20 years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, M&A, and consulting. He joined the nuclear industry in 2011 as Chief Strategy Officer of Atomenergomash, the power equipment engineering division of ROSATOM.
Prior to that, Konstantin had held management positions at Basic Element, a leading Russian private investment fund, and the investment banking divisions of Gazprombank and VTB, Russia’s largest banking corporations.
Konstantin graduated with honors from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. He also holds a degree in Finance and Credit from the Russian Government’s Financial Academy, Moscow, and an MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School.
